Moreover the outcome of the assessment will help ensure the ongoing alignment of the business processes with the firm’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
The ActiFi Practice Assessment provides a strategic overview of your business, identifying breakdowns, bottlenecks, and gaps in your current business structure that prevent you from completing your everyday work most effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, it provides a starting point in building recommendations; creating, altering, or eliminating processes; and, if desired, automating those processes down the road.

How it Works
The assessment process is critical first step to determine which areas are key in improving your business results. Using our proven methodology, ActiFi will help identify your current business model, your ideal business model, and how to get from the current to the ideal.
While onsite, the ActiFi team will facilitate an intensive session that includes interviews, observation, and group discussion. At the end of the session, your firm will have a good idea of where it’s at and where it wants to be.
Remember that no two advisory practices or consulting engagements are the same. The levels of detail in our assessments will vary, depending on what your needs are and what resources you are willing dedicate to the process of improving your business results. The ActiFi Practice Assessment can be conducted for any part of your business, ranging from high-level strategic analysis to a detailed tactical analysis – or both. To help define the appropriate analysis for your firm, prior to the workshop, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire to help you organize thoughts and ideas, as well as identify where you want us to focus during the workshop.
